If you are interested in becoming a member, please download and complete the PDF version of the application – The Fort McIntosh Club – Membership Application 4-2013 – and send to it to your sponsor who will pass it along to the Membership Committee.
Applications must be signed by the sponsoring Member and two other members before being posted. Following a 15-day posting period the application will be referred to the Board of Directors for consideration. Applicants will receive notification within 30-days following their application.
You are able to pay your Initiation Fee using the PayPal tool provided at the bottom of this page. This is also available on the “Pay Dues & Fees” page.
